Shipping Options

United States & Canada

ZCPublishers.com currently offers three shipping methods: 

• USPS Media Mail takes 1 to 2 weeks.
• USPS First Class takes 1 to 6 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 6 business days. 

ZCPublishers.com will endeavor to ship orders the same day that we receive them; excluding weekends and holidays.  However, there may be some instances in which orders will be shipped the next business day.  If you require materials to be shipped by another carrier, please contact our local bookstore for more information.

When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Territories delivery times may be longer. 

Canada 

ZCPublishers.com currently offers two shipping methods to Canada: 

• USPS First Class International delivery times vary by destination.
• USPS Priority International takes 6 to 10 business days.

International

ZCPublishers.com currently offers two shipping methods to international destinations: 

• USPS First Class International delivery times vary by destination.
• USPS Priority International delivery times vary by destination.

Additional duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by your country at the time of delivery.

Order Pick UP

Our customers in the New York can avoid shipping and handling charges by placing an order online and selecting the Local Pickup option.  Your order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation when it is ready for pickup.  Please allow 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  If you have questions regarding picking up your order, please call (607)565-2801 x.208.

Please note that because your order will be sold in New York, we must charge sales tax on all items. If you have New York tax-exempt status, be sure to have your certificate of sales tax exemption (available from the New York Department of Revenue) on file with us before placing your order.
